Overview
The Data Analyst I is responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining files, reports, and datasets. They will ensure data integrity and stewardship for IS - Development process data and support the Commercial Operations team in maintaining and updating the Data Hub and reports, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining Development process maps, data templates, associated workflows and documentation.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot, correct, maintain and update files, reports/KPIs, and Data Hub to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies.• Test new processes and conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy of workflows, reports and dashboards.• Create and maintain reports to visualize data and metrics.• Work closely with cross-functional teams and users to document data access rules and security, create data validation processes, associated workflows, data templates and documentation.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Effective communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to multitask and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.• Competence in using various data analysis/reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other relevant software.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering or other applicable discipline.• Knowledge of data governance and best practices.• Proficiency in using SharePoint for data management• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
