What are the responsibilities and job description for the BMS Special Education Teacher (LBD) 2025-2026 position at Bernheim Middle School?
BMS is looking for a caring, student centered teacher. who is a great collaborator, wonderful team player and flexible. This individual will be one who is driven by the desire to help students grow and be successful. This individual must have a strong content background as well as a deep understanding of student centered learning pedagogy. The successful candidate will not only understand Kentucky Core Academic Standards, they will have a good understanding of intervention and differentiation, special ed regulations, IEP knowledge and the ability to gather and analyze progress monitoring data.
Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.
