ABOUT A ROUTE ASSISTANT: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”
Route Assistants provide our Drivers with assistance during their routes and customer deliveries, working together and partnering as a TEAM! Route Assistants make sure our beverage products get unloaded off the truck and into our customer locations. By restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product, Route Assistants neatly organize store shelves and cooler spaces.
Route Assistants mainly ride along with one of our Drivers, but there may be times you are responsible for your own transportation to and from locations.
Strong candidates:
- Have Valid Driver’s License
- Have Driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
- Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
- Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product about
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work well independently and as a team
- Effectively communicate with Drivers and customers

HOURS: Full-time
- Four, 10-hour days
- 5:00AM-route completion
- Most routes are Tuesday-Friday, some schedules vary

Base Compensation:
$17.50-$18/hr.
