ABOUT A SALES MANAGER: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”
Our Sales Managers direct and oversee our organization's sales strategies, policies, objectives, initiatives, and results. They set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Sales Managers recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. The Sales Manager is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures and they rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They lead and direct the work of others, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well. We not only want you to grow with us; we want you to help us grow too! Strong candidates have:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field
- 5 years proven success in Sales, Sales Management, or Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution, delegation, negotiation, and experience in meeting with senior level leadership
- Experience in working with consumable products
- Excellent understanding of the market with the ability to provide innovative solutions
- Strong analytical and Financial management skills as well as data-driven thinking
- Experience working with a portfolio of brands and various suppliers
- Team Leadership skills and collaboration with other organizational departments

HOURS: Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or completion
- Occasional night/weekend work

Pay Range: $75K-$100K
Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):
Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
