ABOUT A VENDING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”
Vending Operations Supervisors are the link between Bernick’s and our customers. You will ensure that customers are retained and are receiving first class execution from all touchpoints within our organization. Operations Supervisors work with New Business and Service Teams to coordinate machine installations, upgrades, and removals in new and existing accounts.
Vending Operations Supervisors coach and develop Account Representatives by executing onboarding and training plans. It is their primary responsibility to supervise and coordinate activities of our Vending Account Representatives and for the communication and retention of client accounts.
Strong candidates have:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution and negotiation
- Experience working with consumable products
- Excellent understanding of the market with the ability to provide innovative solutions
- Experience working with a portfolio of brands and various suppliers
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU:
- Have valid Driver’s License and driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
- Can drive a Box Truck
- Can regularly lift and move product weighing 50 pounds
- Can repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product about
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
HOURS: Full-time (40-45 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday; 7:00am - 5:00pm

Base Compensation:
$52k-$60k
Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):
Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
