The Warehouse Load Crew Supervisor is the direct point of contact for Load Crew Team Members and provides supervision as they are picking, loading, and transporting Bernick’s beverage products throughout the warehouse. In order to move warehouse inventory in the safest and most cost-effective manner, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for training Team Members on equipment and best practices.
The Warehouse Load Crew Supervisor participates in a variety of warehouse activities, as well as, maintains receiving, replenishing, inventory of products, and warehouse equipment standards. To maximize productivity and drive results, the Warehouse Supervisor ensures the quality and accuracy of picking standards is being met. It is their job to assess Warehouse Team needs and boost morale.
Warehouse Load Crew Supervisor:
- Oversees the picking and loading of Bernick’s beverage products
- Assists with managing a variety of warehouse tasks and activities
- Effectively communicates with Load Crew Team Members to ensure goals are met
- Utilizes computer technology along with Warehouse Management Systems
Strong Candidates have:
- 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations
- Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
- Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse
- Safely operates warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, walkie riders, and pallet jacks
Hours of this position: Full-Time (40-45 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday
- 9:30AM to completion (short work days on Fridays)
