RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Top 1% Real Estate team in Tennessee. We provide agents the tools to find the most up to date information to help buyers and sellers during the real estate sales process in any market.
AGENT'S SUCCESS MODEL:
- Work hard & smart every day. We provide leads. Work them thoroughly.
- Follow our proven process and model.
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.
- Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms.
- Consult with clients; discover their property desires; find properties; meet those needs.
- Provide world-class customer service to buyers.
- Team players to establish long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented leaders and agents.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST ALREADY HAVE A TENNESSEE REAL ESTATE LICENSE or IN THE PROCESS OF ATTAINING YOUR LICENSE
We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:
- Access to Tennessee real estate association membership / MLS.
- Willingness to learn The Bernie Gallerani Team best practices, use of new tools, systems, technologies (CRM, Lead Follow Up).
- Posses networking and strong phone sales skills.
- Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator.
- Enjoy negotiating and cultivating rapport with clients.
- Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum High school diploma.
