Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing executive-level support? We are looking for a Business/Personal Assistant to work directly with the owner of the company. This role will involve both business and personal assistance, from managing the owner's professional calendar and client communications to handling occasional personal tasks. A high level of confidentiality, discretion, and adaptability is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both professional and personal calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and commitments are organized efficiently.
  • Handle client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Help track and meet deadlines for business projects, as well as manage personal tasks for the owner.
  • Use QuickBooks to track expenses, budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Occasionally complete personal errands and manage personal appointments for the owner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all business and personal matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a business administrator, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both business and personal tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
