POSITION OVERVIEW
Bernstein Shur is seeking a dynamic construction associate to join our Construction & Dispute Resolution team in its Portland, Maine office. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of work experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Experience in construction dispute or in negotiating and drafting complex construction contracts, a plus. Maine bar membership is required.

- Interest in Construction Law – Dispute Resolution and Transactions
- Superior research and writing skills;
- Strong work ethic;
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; and
- An ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects.
