Job Summary
Bernville Christian Learning Center looking to hire an Early Learning Center
Director for a new center expected to open June 2025. This director will oversee the operations of the Early Learning Center, serving children from 6 weeks to pre-kindergarten.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring PA certification licensing standards are met and managing the
accreditation process for the center
- Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of educators and administrative staff to ensure high-quality instruction and support services
- Integrate Christian values and teachings into all aspects of the center's
programming and culture.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and two years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,714.00 - $67,845.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
