Job Overview

As a Professional Home Cleaner with Berose Clean, you will play a vital role in creating pristine, welcoming environments for our clients. You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule and take on jobs that fit your availability.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity, offering flexibility to set your own hours while earning competitive pay. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring every home is spotless and our clients are delighted with your work.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services as assigned.
• Take on commercial jobs as they are offered in our system.
• Follow Berose Clean’s cleaning standards and checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Communicate professionally with clients to address any special requests or concerns.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Report any issues, damages, or client feedback to Berose Clean in a timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred, but we welcome individuals currently working in the cleaning industry who are seeking additional opportunities. Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Equipment and Supplies: Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies (e.g., vacuum, cleaning materials, cleansers).
• Insurance: Must have liability insurance. If you do not have insurance, we can recommend external providers offering affordable rates (not affiliated with Berose Clean).
• Technology: Must have a cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
• References: Must provide verifiable references and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Attitude: Must have a positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces.
• Strong Communication skills.
