Responsibilities
- Payroll Accounting
- Partner with HR payroll team to ensure payroll is captured correctly in financial statements
- Administer commissions calculation for divisional sales representatives
- Payroll monthly accruals and reconciliations
- Assist with closing the ledger monthly to provide timely and accurate data to Senior Leadership team.
- Accounting ERP Project Leader
- Berry is currently undergoing an ERP upgrade. This role would take a lead role within the accounting organization for the implementation project.
- Project involvement would include collaboration, testing, training and documentation.
- Assist with various projects that will require organizational change management and data transformation capabilities.
- Provide backup coverage to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications
- 4 year Business Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years experience
- Data transformation and project management experience
- Capable of building and maintaining effective and trusting relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working with and protecting confidential employee information.
