Main Responsibilities
- Lead the cogen operations team to maximize operational control.
- Work closely with engineering and SCADA teams to manage visualization, control panels, alarm setpoints, and operating parameters.
- Ensure personal and team compliance with HSE policies, practices, programs, and training.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience
- 4 years of power generation or gas turbine experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
