Position Overview : As a CDL A Driver, you will earn $26.75 per hour, working in a dynamic hybrid role that combines driving and warehouse responsibilities. This position offers a competitive hourly wage along with numerous benefits that make Berry Freightlines an exceptional place to work.
- Local Pay Rate : $26.75 / hour
- Flexible Schedule : Start time at 5 am with an alternating schedule. One week you’ll work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (4 days), and the next week you’ll work Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (3 days).
- Hybrid Role : 12-hour shifts that include warehouse work and shuttles, with only about 5 hours dedicated to shuttle work.
- Incentives : Sign on bonus of $2500.
- New Equipment : Drive 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
- Full Maintenance Plan : All equipment is leased from Penske with full maintenance coverage included.
- Referral Bonuses : Earn $2500 for every driver you refer that is hired.
- Safety First : Participate in our Safety Bonus Program.
- Pay for Delays : You will be compensated for detention, layover, canceled loads, breakdowns, and bad weather.
