Summary: The Cash Processor is responsible for processing daily cash receipts.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare post and balance daily local deposits.
2. Post and balance daily credit card transactions.
3. Post and balance daily ACH/Wire payments.
4. Post and balance daily lockbox receipts.
5. Post and balance daily incoming foreign currency bank accounts.
6. Prepare and sort backup for daily posting.
7. Comply with all company safety, environmental and department of health requirements.
8. Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
2. Minimum 1 year accounting experience.
3. General office skills.
4. Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected).
5. Minimum near vision ability to read 10-12 point fonts at a distance of 12-18 inches.
