Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting safety awareness and keeping it as a top priority daily.
- Conduct monthly safety audits.
- Pursue establishing a high participation work team environment.
- Assist the work team and adhere to best practices.
- Provide operational skills during extrusion trials.
- Ensure accurate documentation of raw materials, finished goods, and scrap.
- Cross-train on all equipment.
- Pursue professional training to strengthen applicable competencies.
- Assist in training needed to develop Operator Trainees.
