SUMMARY: Transport materials and product throughout the plant using Power Industrial Trucks/ Forklifts.
Responsibilities
Receive and distribute product accurately.
Service manufacturing areas with stand-up truck.
Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
Safely operate and inspect power industrial trucks.
Perform warehouse cleaning and consolidating including battery area and wrappers.
Move pack-out.
Load/ unload trucks.
Pull and shrink wrap finished goods.
Slit Liner.
Perform cycle counts.
Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
Must perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have excellent attendance.
Must have basic math skills.
Must have forklift experience/certification.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work independently with some supervision.
Must have full understanding of Work-In-Process.
Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving objects (up to 35 pounds periodically).
Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.
Must be able to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner.
