PURPOSE:
This person will be part of our Production team, ensuring that our finished goods are free of any defects or contamination.
SHIFT & COMPENSATION:
This position would be every Saturday and Sunday from 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am. Pay is $25.00/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Abide by all Safety and Housekeeping guidelines
- Working knowledge of ISO, SQF, GMPs
- Inspect and pack finished product on one or more printing machines
- Check quality of the product and the packaging
- Apply labels or handles to products or containers as required
- Keep count of finished product
- Keep count of any scrapped product
- Complete all required paperwork
- Assist in training others
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. We offer world class on the job training!
- Ability to calculate parts requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.
- Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
