Responsibilities

Purpose

Repair and maintain a variety of production & building equipment, along with related work involved in maintaining the building.

Responsibilities

·         Conducts regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery

·         Diagnoses problems with equipment & repair/replace defective parts

·         Fabricates as needed

·         Supports & complies with safety & environmental guidelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

·         Basic math skills

·         Good English language skills

·         Welding skills

·         Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

·         Hands on manufacturing mechanical experience

·     Strong mechanical knowledge

·     Ability to troubleshoot & solve problems

·     Carpentry skills

·     No fear of heights

·     Basic manufacturing wiring experience

Education        High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

·         Regularly required to stand, walk and communicate

·         Ability to see and hear

·         Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

·         Regularly required to stretch and bend

·         Frequently climb towers up to 35 feet high

·         Regularly required to climb or balance

·         Regularly required to stoop, kneel or crouch

·         Strong motor skills
