RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:
- Follow all company rules as well as GMP's and Safety Absolutes.
- Provide processing support to Molding department.
- Provide engineering support to Maintenance Department and Building & Systems.
- Provide engineering support for upgrades, replacements, equipment, and construction projects.
- Manage and work on various projects as assigned by Molding Manager.
- Manage cost saving projects.
- Oversee work to insure projects are completed within budget, time restraints and meets safety standards.
- Drive department EFF numbers to meet goal of 105% via cycle times and cavitation.
- Review daily reports for correctness.
- Hold department meetings with technical staff.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Leadership abilities.
- Organizational Skills including Computer Skills.
- Ability to work on many projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills.
Lead person, Group Lead, or equivalent experience required
