Responsibilities
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Removes scrap material from the production area and maintains a 5S environment in the work area.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Communicates key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement.
- Train Others: Follows work instructions as needed and may be asked to train others to those instructions.
- Analyze Problems: Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine if actions can be taken immediately or appropriate personnel need to be notified.
