Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs.
- Work with production equipment to maximize run times.
- Communicate with others as necessary to keep them informed of maintenance issues and activities.
- Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Technical experience and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.
- Willingness to be coached and trained.
- Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment
