Job Overview
As a Shift Manager - Production, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our molding machines and related production equipment. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply training skills for team members
- Exhibit leadership skills and use problem-solving abilities to handle situations that may arise in the workplace
- Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supervisor concerning machine operations and any malfunctions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work overtime daily as well as weekends and holidays as required to maintain production per Customer requirements
- Must be available to work on feet (standing, walking) for entire shift, excluding breaks
