Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for developing and applying training skills for team members, exhibiting leadership skills and using problem-solving abilities to handle situations that may arise in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit leadership skills and use problem-solving abilities to handle situations that may arise in the workplace
- Develop and apply training skills for team members
- Collect and inspect accurate operator reports that will be given to the Shift Supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work overtime daily as well as weekends and holidays as required to maintain production per Customer requirements
- Must be available to work on feet (standing, walking) for entire shift, excluding breaks
