Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and enhancing natural eyelashes, providing exceptional guest services, and promoting products. Minimum one (1) year experience required.
Duties:
- Apply eyelash extensions using various techniques
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly sanitated
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes
Skills:
- Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques, minimum one (1) year of experience required.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize client appointments
- Experience in upselling services and products
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Hospitality-oriented approach to provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients
