Job Overview

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must be able to engage in a conversation while collecting information and putting it into client management software.
- Ability to explain the VA claims process to potential new clients.
- Communicate via phone, email, and text messaging with clients and follow up with clients as needed to move qualified cases forward.
- Determine what claims client wants to file with the VA and obtain the necessary statements and data to make that happen.
- Organize copies of files into document management program.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills, be up-beat, friendly and possess a professional disposition, and excellent phone etiquette.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, tenacious, unafraid of hard work and able to work without constant supervision.
Essential requirements
- Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative preferred
- A tip of the spear mindset – capacity to relentlessly advance justice for the client
- Tech savvy – must be able to work within various software programs, quick learner, ability to record files and data in document management software
- Must possess excellent communication skills in verbal and written correspondence
- Positive work attitude and the desire to grow

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 Hours
