What you will do:
As our In-House Recruiter, you’ll be a key player in our growth story, ensuring we hire and retain the best talent in the industry. Here’s how you’ll rock this role:
Talent Acquisition Rockstar: Find, attract, and hire the best and brightest across various roles.
Community Engagement Leader: Represent Berry Law at local events, job fairs, and networking meetups. Build relationships with community organizations, universities, and other partners to strengthen our hiring pipeline.
Brand Ambassador: Be the voice and face of Berry Law’s culture and values. Showcase why this is the BEST place to work.
Collaborative Partner: Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and create strategies to meet them.
What you bring:
A passion for people and community engagement.
At least 7 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm to think outside the box.
Alignment with our mission and values – bonus points if you’re a Veteran or have experience supporting the military/veteran community!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours
