As the leader of our Iowa office, you’ll not only represent clients with excellence but also help shape and develop the office, inspiring a team to deliver extraordinary results.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage and lead injury case litigation for clients.
- Take depositions of claimants, physicians, medical experts, and other key parties.
- Conduct discovery and perform thorough legal research.
- Stay up to date with developments in the law to advocate effectively.
- Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate with claims representatives and attend claims reviews.
- Negotiate settlements that serve the best interests of clients.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.

Experience and Professional Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Licensed attorney with 5 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
