- Manage plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for Flexibles facilities
- Work closely with Plant Manager & V.P. of Operations for the facilities to identify and measure ways for improving the profitability of the business
- Drive improved financial performance by identifying and executing opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs
- Ensure the facilities are Sarbanes Oxley compliant
- Manage annual budget process
- Capital planning for plant maintenance and cost reduction projects
- Understand and implement best practices
