Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Site Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for our Flexibles facilities in Monroe LA and Waxahachie TX. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive improved financial performance and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with Plant Managers, Operations, Product Line Management, and Sales to identify opportunities for improving profitability and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, managing annual budget processes, and providing accurate monthly financial forecasts.
