You will be responsible for a wide range of activities aimed at maintaining essential IT operations, enhancing employee productivity, and supporting both on-site and remote work environments. Responsibilities:
Along with outsourced partners, this hands-on individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities at two office locations and multiple job sites to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, on-premise applications, web-based applications, and onsite servers; management of Microsoft 365 licenses and ecosystem; triage and onsite response for hardware and connectivity issues; improvement of employee productivity through streamlined processes and emerging technologies; assist and manage startup and upkeep of jobsite connectivity both locally and VPN tunnels.
- Manage operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers.
- Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues.
- Maintaining job sites, office printers/copiers, and company cell phones.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, analyzing technology needs, and boosting efficiency.
- System and network administration, implementing software upgrades, and maintaining servers.
- Supporting VPN connectivity, Cisco ecosystem, and Crestcom A/V processes.
- Maintaining VOIP systems, identifying equipment shortages, and training employees.
- Keeping records of repairs, maintaining server backups, and implementing emerging technologies.
- Setting up jobsite video cameras and conference rooms.
- Providing orientation and guidance on new software and equipment.
- Manage vendor contracts and workflows.
- 7 plus years of proven and successful IT experience with advanced computer skills and detail orientation in a fast-paced, business focused environment.
- Strong working knowledge of operating systems, current equipment, and technologies.
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Working knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Enterprise backup and recovery procedures and system performance-monitoring tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Compensation range: $80,000-90,000. This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
