YOUR NEW ROLE
You typically work from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Our Customer Care Specialist ensures that every customer has a positive experience interacting with us. Speaking with clients over the phone and through email, you answer questions, set appointments, and update information records. You make outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments and effectively dispatch technicians to service calls. If any problems come up or a client is unhappy, you do what you can to solve the issue. You perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure every day in the office is a successful one!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency and ability to communicate over the phone
- Geographical knowledge of our service area or ability to read maps
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a team spirit
Experience in a customer service position would be preferred but isn't required.
