Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $27.88 - $30.29 per hour. Full time, non-exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Generalist will be to conduct daily operations of the Human Resources department. Specific duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing support for day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department with a focus on the Treatment & Recovery Center (TRC);
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and competence;
- Addressing personnel related concerns and questions, per site location escalating to the HR program manager (HRPM) as needed;
- Exploring workplace situations and addressing employee concerns;
- Ensure work policies and procedures are being followed; accordingly, may include tracking;
- Assisting with - personnel, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, and health insurance per site location and notifying HRPM;
- Accepting additional responsibilities that may be assigned as needed;
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- This is an onsite position. Not remote or hybrid. Two days a week must be at the TRC with at least one shift a week overlapping day and night shifts. May be occasional weekend day during the month.
Qualifications: The Human Resource Generalist- TRC position requires (but not limited to):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent;
- At least 3 years prior HR experience in a position of similar scope;
- Labor Relations experience preferred;
- Excellent administrative skills to include prior computer experience and strong fluency of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- An ability to work independently and in cooperation with others;
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment;
- Flexibility in assigned working hours;
- Participates in IDEB training and activities to support a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging.
