Pay is commensurate with experience within a range of $70,000 to $75,000 salary, full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Manager will be to assure effective employee relations programs, policies and practices which ensure fair treatment of staff and to provide management of HR Generalists. Specific duties include but not limited to:
- Work with the Senior Human Resources Director to provide and promote a positive and professional work environment on a daily basis
- Provides leadership in the management of Human Resources and related processes
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Generalists program
- Provides oversight of employee record compliance, leave administration, employee life cycle, and employee relations.
- Employee Record Compliance: manage compliance of employee records to meet requirements of various external audits that verify employee background checks, licensure, certifications, etc.
- Leave Administration: oversight and guidance of LOA, FMLA, Short Term Disability, Worker's Compensation.
- Employee Life cycle: Execute and manage employee onboarding and exit interviews. Prepare, analyze, data from onboarding and exit surveys. Promote and assist in employee engagement and appreciation program
- Employee Relations: Assist the HRG of Compliance and Employee Relations with employee relations concerns across the entire organization and conduct thorough and timely investigations.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job;
- Accepting additional responsibilities that may be assigned as circumstances warrant.
Qualifications: The Human Resources Manager position requires but not limited to:
- A bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- Or at least five years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or a position of similar scope . Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Position is on site. Ability to be onsite at the multiple worksites daily and as needed during critical events in order to support operations
- Prior experience in a mental health facility and CCBHC preferred.
- Demonstrated administrative, leadership, and supervisory abilities;
- Exceptional organizational skills relative to the management of this position's priorities and in designing efficient program of services;
- Flexibility in assigned working hours
- Energetic and positive approach to the rapidly evolving changes and challenges of a complex work place.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
