Salary is commensurate with experience within a range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually. This position is full time, 40 hours per week, exempt and benefits eligible. Bert Nash offers excellent benefits which include;

Job Summary: The Community Support Services Program Manager - Strengths-Based Case Management is responsible for overseeing the delivery of case management services through a strengths-based approach, ensuring that individuals and families receive tailored, empowering support. This role includes supervising case managers, developing best practices, monitoring program effectiveness, and fostering a client-centered culture that emphasizes clients' strengths and resources. Services provided by this team include case management, individual community support, psychosocial group, crisis intervention and attendant care. The Program Manager will also collaborate with community partners and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities: including but not limited to:

• Program Leadership & Development: Develop and implement a strengths-based case management model that promotes client empowerment, resilience, and self-sufficiency.

• Hiring & Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and hiring process for case management staff on team, including conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.

• Staff Supervision & Training: Provide leadership and individual/group supervision to case management team, offering guidance, support, and performance feedback. Ensuring coordination of care, quality of care/services, continued perform and development and addressing needed areas of program improvement.

• Client Support & Advocacy: Oversee and ensure high-quality case management services that are holistic, client-centered, and strengths-focused.

• Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance service offerings,

• Data & Reporting: Monitor and assess program outcomes, including service delivery metrics, client satisfaction, and overall program effectiveness.

• Budget & Resource Management: Manage program budget, including resource allocation.

• Policy Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that the program complies with BNC program policies, all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in case management.

Qualifications: including but not limited to:

• Master's degree required, preferred in clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work, mental health counseling or psychiatric nursing, or sufficient experience (5 years) in the field of social work/social services/clinical services and program management/supervision.
• Licensed required by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board in Kansas with the ability to diagnose mental health and substance use disorders.
• At least 2 years in mental health service delivery to adults with recurrent mental health issues.
• Driving for BNC is required must have current driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance
• Expertise in client-centered approaches to case management.
• Knowledge of community service programs and resources designed to assist targeted populations of the county.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job; occasional evening and weekend hours
