SUMMARY

The Warranty Administrator prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Process warranty claims. Verify criteria required by factory. e Follow up with the factory regarding unpaid claims.
File documents after the claim has been paid.
Reconcile warranty schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a general office position.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Requirements

Must be 21 years old or older

Must pass a drug test

Must pass a background screening

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record.
