Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure the best financing options for customers.
- Maximize dealership profitability through financing and insurance programs.
- Manage and train finance managers to ensure customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
- Review and improve processes to enhance departmental performance and customer experiences.
- Monitor and report financial performance metrics to dealership leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless integration of F&I operations with overall sales goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, lending rates, and financial products to maintain competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and customers.
- Proficient in finance-related software and dealership management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
