BERT OGDEN SERVICE CONCIERGE
POSITION TITLE: SERVICE CONCIERGE
DEPARTMENT: Service
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Service Concierge will be at the direction of the Service Manager and will be the direct initial person of contact for every new or existing customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
- Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art auto stores.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
- Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
- Facilitate Sales and Service CSI above pinnacle standard.
- Maintain phone call fail rate to under 7% CTP.
- Fleet utilization above 80% and manage Valet service.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
- Willing to participate in skills and product training
- Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver License
