• Job Summary :

As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and productivity. You will lead a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Team Leadership :
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional service and meet departmental goals.
• Customer Service :
• Ensure all customers receive outstanding service, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Operations Management :
• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and inventory management to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Financial Oversight :
• Monitor and manage the service department's budget, ensuring profitability while controlling costs and improving service efficiency.
• Performance Metrics :
• Analyze KPIs and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.
• Training and Development :
• Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff regarding new technologies, equipment, and customer service best practices.
• Quality Control :
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and repair quality to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
• Relationship Building :
• Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors, driving customer retention and repeat business.
• Reporting :
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to upper management, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service management principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
