Job Description :
Provide quality care to home based clients and supporting schools
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor
Collect and record data on client behavior
Collaborate and communicate with team members
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
Part-Time with the possibility of more hours
Job Qualifications :
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation to clients in Naperville and Plainfield
Part time position (12-13.5 hours / no full time availability)
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous ABA experience and / or working with individuals with Autism
Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.

Physical Requirement :
Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
Must be able to handle various levels of aggression
