Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the day-to-day upkeep of our various locations, ensuring our properties are well-maintained, presentable, and operating smoothly year-round. Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn care, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep
- Snow removal and plowing during winter months
- Oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance for company equipment
- Stocking and maintaining water softeners
- General cleaning and organization of warehouses and common areas
- Garbage collection and disposal across all company properties
- Performing light repairs, maintenance tasks, and seasonal projects as needed
- Supporting special projects or urgent maintenance needs as they arise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
- Ability to operate tools, lawn and snow equipment, and light machinery safely
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
