Business Office Manager, Springville NY

Full Time. Days. 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Compensation $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

The Business Office Manager examines and bills all Accounts Receivable, primary and secondary claims; review mail correspondence, denials and phone calls from insurance companies as well as patients. Understand and maintain all phases of billing. Assist in analyzing of open claims - verification of timely submission and claim resolution as needed. Timely filing issues/denials leading to lost revenue. Reviews all accounts receivable claims. Transmits all claims sent electronically.

Requirements:

• HS/GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care Medical Billing work experience spanning all types of carriers including Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance.
• PointClickCare experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
