Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The EI Project support coordinator will support vehicle testing into Canada. The support coordinator will plan the daily routes for both morning and evening test drivers/vehicles. The position will be responsible for test cases to be executed by test drivers that include several areas of the vehicle (Infotainment, ADAS, Electric, Mobile online serves etc). This position is responsible for supporting with retesting of issues found and aligning that vehicles are updated by the shop technician. The project coordinator will also be responsible for submitting issues found into the KPM ticket processing system for engineering resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily route/shift planning for vehicles going out on 1st and 2nd shift. 10%
- Support with retesting of issues found. 20%
- KPM Ticket writing and submission. 40%
- Weekly project alignment meetings and reporting: 20%
- Miscellaneous support, vehicle logistics, etc : 10%
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a valid USA driver’s license for a minimum of 9 years. Have no points, no major traffic citations, and/or accidents for the past five years. No DUI or DWAI convictions.
- Able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, written driving test, a road driving test, read maps, lift at least 25 pounds, and be able to travel outside of state limits.
- Bachelors in Automotive Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Complete / Pass all required trainings.
- Have a positive attitude and ability to contribute in a team environment.
- Able to work effectively in Microsoft word/excel.
- Able to communicated clearly (phone/email)
- Ability to be organized and prioritize work in team environment.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
- Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
- Computer savvy – skilled in use of software / Engineering tools
