Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or nightclub environments and possess a strong understanding of guest services and relations. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests through high-quality beverage preparation, upselling techniques, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A passion for the culinary arts and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
