Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for operating systems, software applications, and hardware issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot VPN connections
• Offer desktop support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve application-related problems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
• Maintain documentation of support requests, solutions provided, and system configurations.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.

Skills

• Proficient in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong computer management skills with a focus on system performance optimization.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies
• Proven ability in providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with desktop support practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with software troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
