Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform InterNACHI Standard Operating Procedure Home Inspections
- Perform Code Specific Permit Inspections
- Perform New/Active Construction Inspections
- Perform Structural Inspections
- Perform Reserve Study and SIRS Inspections
- Perform Manufactured Home Engineering Inspections
- Perform Drone Inspections, with Company training/certification
- Use a digital camera, infrared camera, moisture meter to take photos of defects for use through our Inspection Software Suite and Scheduling Software Package
Requirements/Skills:
- Must have building Inspector, Plans Examiner or Home Inspection License in Florida
- Fluent in both English. Spanish a plus but not required
- Minimum 2 years experience
- 2 to 4 Week Training Program regardless of previous experience
- Punctuality and Professionalism
- Strong knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Ability to use a ladder to climb into and mount roofs, attics, crawl spaces
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Detailed Orientated
- Ability to work autonomously while part of a team
- Drivers License
- Must have working high speed internet connection
- Previous experience with HomeGauge and ISN a plus but not required
- Must be willing to travel for overnight inspections - Statewide
