Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with some knowledge or understanding of CMMC and NIST 800-171, ensuring that clients not only meet compliance requirements but also realize the full value of our services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance client needs, business goals and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Manager
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication and alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges, offering tailored solutions and driving client satisfaction.
- Monitor client health and satisfaction, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution when needed.
Project Management
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for clients undergoing NIST 800-171 implementation and CMMC assessment prep, audits or related initiatives.
- Ensure successful implementation of solutions by managing cross-functional teams and tracking project milestones.
- Coordinate and lead some client-facing meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and project reviews.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Use data to assess client satisfaction, project success and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client success and increase the likelihood of renewal
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with a focus on compliance or cybersecurity.
- Strong project management experience, with a proven ability to manage complex client projects from initiation to completion.
- Knowledge of CMMC and NIST 800-171, and related government regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to address client needs.
- A client-centric mindset, with a passion for driving customer success and satisfaction.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Solution Suite and 3rd Party Project Management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, CPM or similar certification
- Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry
