The Role:

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodels, additions, and new builds. This role is responsible for ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with top-tier craftsmanship, while keeping homeowners informed and satisfied.

What You'll Do:

Homeowner Communication

• Be the trusted point of contact for homeowners, providing daily updates.
• Address questions, concerns, and feedback proactively.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to review progress, confirm details, and ensure satisfaction.

Project Management

• Maintain and update project schedules daily.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track.
• Oversee job site quality control and ensure work meets high standards.
• Review architectural, engineer, and design plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Attend key project meetings and assist with budgeting/invoicing.
• Embrace technology to streamline the production process using Jobtread, a comprehensive project management software.

Jobsite Oversight

• Conduct regular site inspections for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Ensure dust control, surface protection, and materials protection are in place.
• Manage job site security, waste disposal, and equipment storage.
• Maintain jobsite documentation with photos, videos, and internal updates.

Who You Are:

✔ A proven construction professional with hands on skills, preferably 3-5 years in residential construction. A strong communicator who keeps homeowners and teams aligned.

✔ Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.

✔ A problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

✔ Knowledgeable in construction processes, able to read plans and coordinate trades effectively. Trades technical experience is a plus!

✔ Committed to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

✔ Experience with Construction software (we use JobTread)

✔ A team player who thrives in a supportive, professional, and positive environment.
