Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and selling our premium products and services to customers in the concession stand industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and grow customer loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and researching potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products, services, and solutions to clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiations and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, offering product recommendations, troubleshooting, and assistance with orders.
- Track sales performance and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
