BMA is seeking a DOTmLPF-P Analyst to join our team. This position is located in Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Job Summary
-
Provides doctrine development support, training development support, or DOTMLPF-P integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) for the Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF).

Works as a member of a high performance team to provide quality services and deliverables to the customer.

Provide analytical support to integrate and synchronize Army MDTF capabilities and capacity across the DOTMLPF-P domains.

Serve as a key analyst and centralized capability project manager, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, documenting, and managing operational needs for MDTF force modernization.

Develop and manage requirements leading to DOTmLPF-P solution sets for MDTF force modernization programs.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret Clearance Requirement for this position.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
-
Have a background in Multi-Domain operations.

Have background in Army or Joint targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires and Effects operations.

Have 5 years of military experience with the knowledge of DOTmLPF-P analysis and integration processes

Have 3 years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel.
